PLEASE NOTE:  

Prepayment is a requirement for all new clients who have never scheduled with us, OR if you have never scheduled online with us before.  You ONLY pre pay YOUR FIRST session, after which you can select to pay in office or online.  This allows us to uphold our cancellation policy listed below.

GRATUITY/TIPS ACCEPTED IN CASH ONLY, SEPARATE FROM TREATMENT PRICING.

 

 

CANCELATION POLICY
We understand that unanticipated events happen occasionally in everyone’s life. In our desire to be effective and fair to all clients, the following policies are honored:  

24 hour advance notice is required when canceling an appointment. This allows the opportunity for someone else to schedule an appointment. If you are unable to give us 24 hours advance notice you will be charged the full amount of your appointment. This amount must be paid prior to your next scheduled appointment.  If an appointment is missed and/or in violation of our cancellation policy, gift certificates are considered redeemed.  IF YOU ARE SICK OR THERE IS INCLEMENT WEATHER, PLEASE KINDLY RESCHEDULE YOUR APPOINTMENT AT NO COST.
